What kind of server do you want to play? Need ideas etc

Alright, so I have owned many servers in the past and I have a 4GB server that is doing nothing but sitting there so I thought I should put it to use. What kind of servers do you play on and what one would you like to see? I am not a stupid owner who ops people because they are from PMC xD on my server I have everyone earn the rank by helping out and just playing, I haven't played mc much lately so I don't really know whats super popular atm, I know Factions is a popular one, I prefer minigames and survival but its hard to compete with minigames. Anyway, give me some ideas below and names as well. I will let everyone who gives ideas early access to the server

Minigames and Survival, as long as you don't plop generic schematics on it you know?
^some sort of customization and effort. Skyblock/MobArena is also nice to do.

Minigames: Depending on $ Situation some sort of custom minigame. (That most servers don't have)

I know they had plugins replicate how Cod Zombies worked.

Survival: Maybe a custom plugin to make it more realistic or something.

Skyblock: No Really big ideas here its a basic thing you know

Mobarena: This is more of a minigame in of itself but I saw a server kinda do like a zombie apocalypse town that was constantly spawning zombies to kill. (Make like an "Open World" type thing where its all connected.

Just a bunch of ideas.

If you want to grow a community, SMP (survival multiplayer) is very fun. It's basically factions without the faction plugin. More based on economy, you know?

But minigame servers are what'll be fun to play on, as long as you can find a dev for it. Good luck!

I don't know if many people know what this is but Towny is a cool idea, I've played it before and I absolutely loved it!

It's a mix between survival and factions u can't pvp but you can create Towns (Factions) you can sit home and promote players that is classic Towny

Going to bump this, now that I own a host I am looking to make another server... Any ideas for a minigame server?

Dick fighting.

So basically its a spin off of duals but how it would work is you would both get in an arena and fight it out with dick-shaped swords and bows that shoot mini dicks. It would be the next BIG game mode and I could see it going FAR.
