What looks better? Admin Panel [STYLE]

The first one has a simple style to it not crazy with a picture and info to the left and on the right some buttons

Or this one: It has a nice UI with a second panel where more info|buttons to press.

I need help because they both look not bad haha. ( THEY ARE NOT FINISHED )

When you click the buttons a little cute menu pops up to tell you what to do or to make sure is that the action you wanted to do?

Me personally for an admin panel that isn't displayed to the users, i'd go with the panel with the most info/usability, which to me looks like design 1. But design 2 looks better for sure.

Well if I was using that panel I’d love a multi theme option. Option one could be simplistic and option two advanced. Sort of like the white and dark theme on here.
