What makes a good Kohi map?

As someone who's not experienced with hot gamemodes, I have little to no knowledge of this, yet a client is asking for a quote on a Kohi map.
I want to know what size and what features a good Kohi SG map has.

Roads in all directions, and a big circle in the middle lots of houses and structures with brewing stands and chests and crafting tables.
