What other plugins should I get for my server?

So, I am basically 100% done setting up my server (With the exception of Voting links etc...) However, I do not have to many "Cosmetic Plugins" or "Donor perk Plugins", and I was wondering if anyone knew any good ones that I can get that are free, or paid. Also, if you can think of any custom plugin ideas, and you are a developer, and have a fair price for me, let me know, and maybe I will buy a plugin from you if I like your idea!

Alright. Chatreation is a good plugin to use, it makes players compete for who can guess the word first and they can get a reward.

Yea, I have had that before, I was looking for something more along the lines of a donor perk. However, I may add that in over time.

What if I make a buyable kit in buycraft? The ranks already have kits, perms etc. I'm looking for plugins to add that will give donor only perms, making ranks more worth buying.
