Cant you make it so they cant pay that person in pex? i havent worked on a server in a while but put "-" in front and then the permission with .theirname

I would actually like to know how to do that. If you know please let me know because I have players with over 50 quad paying other players with like 1-15 quad and that needs to be stopped a little bit. But, If someone can perhaps tell me about a plugin that is already made out there to stop people from paying please let me know! If not, I'm willing to spend no more than like 2.50$ on this plugin to be made as it is a very simple plugin to make. Cant be more than 2-5 lines of code.
