What plugin is this called?

I was wondering what the plugin is called where you would type /help and then you could make it so there is a custom message in chat sent to the player. Same with like /info and so on.

yeah i know but like i want a lot more commands other then that.

Make the text using essentials custom text feature and then add that custom text command to your commands.yml and redirect it to a normal command.
