What plugins do you expect a factions server to have?

I am currently developing a new minecraft server that will be coming out in the near future and I was wondering what plugins does everyone expect a server to have when they join it

It depends what type of factions you going for..... Nvm saw it..
But pvp plugins and a way so players can get money like jobs, quests etc
