What program (if any) should I use for doing HTML, & CSS?

Sublime Text 3, Brackets (free software that allows live editing).

I used to use Notepad++, it got the job done. I now use Atom for all my software development (barring programming that requires compilation).

Well, i don't do web development haha :3. But when i did try web development, i found notepad++ to be nice, but as a general editor i use atom, since it just looks better to me :3.

Yes, Atom styles the syntaxes much better

Even languages like Perl and Bash are styled nicely; I love it!

Brackets is the best.
You can quick edit the css document with right click on the code you want on the html document.

I reccommend Adobe Dreamweaver, lots of helpful development tools

Atom is love, atom is life.

No but seriously I Love Atom, it's the best thing that ever happend to text Editoros, haha. I have the Nordic syntax/theme to it and it's so beautiful. I just miss one thing and that's the SFTP/FTP deployment, can get it to work anymore, I personally think it should be built-in instead of having to use a plugin for it.
