What server to make?

I want to make a server,a unique one!
I want to ask you wall from which type of servers you get the most money?
Srry if this is a OFF-Topic and srry for my bad english

I've always dreamed of seeing ones of my favorite games into Minecraft. Some of them would be quite impossible, like Uncharted 1-4 and other games like Little big planet would be more realistic. But anyways, just try to find a small concept and add-on things to it for it to become a gamemode, you can start with generic gamemodes for that one.

If you want a unique server, don't start with generic, like prison and factions.. Start with something in your mind, think of ideas, think of games you've played in sites like y8.com etc, and look for your idea from that game you played before
