What should I do with this FTP zip file?

I have this zip file on ftp with my whole server on host atom. When I try to unzip, it tells me to do /(directory here) , but what do I type? I tried doing /directory, /(file name) and both didn't work ... It says unable to extract the files and directories from the archive.

Please help! The host support isn't responding or helping

Try using cyberduck, it works much better than filezilla/multicraft ftp.

The host unzipped it, but now when we login it is a vanilla world, no plugins or terrain.
