Okay so I recently got scammed and was very sad about it, but now the scammer is going farther than expected, he is threatening me!! The scammer is Radiotic. Reason for not being banned is because did the deal on a competitor site and he is banned there for scamming me, Capaldi starts talking to him and Capaldi sends me this screenshot that I was really mad about it.

Him being super scared:

He then starts to get scared once I messaged him myself and tell him he'll get into big trouble with the law and instantly says it's a joke. Now I've threaten someone before and I can assure you it isn't a joke when you go to the next level to do that. He then says it was a joke and blocks me // kicks me from his discord server to where I am not able to message him. He got really scared as I told him I have his moms or his phone number and he can get into trouble with the law.

What should I do // what should his punishment be?

I really am not scared of him but am not gonna let him do this to others. He's already scammed me and won't refund resulting him in a ban on the other site. I want to hear some advice so I can deal with this the correct way. Also leave a comment on what his punishment should be or will be!!

LOL, It was a joke first of all, I was not scared at all, you see I blocked you guys because you keep being as nosy as possible, asking me all these questions and giving me so much bullshit.
No Punishment, becasue it was a joke, but i wouldnt be supprised if you keep on lying and saying 'omg im so scared help me'
