What software do host used on websites

So basically I've been looking at webhosts and they all seem to look very similar. When i got to pay they all have the same theam ect. Like https://redrockhosting.co.uk and https://www.highskyhosting.com/ (shout out XD) I'm just wonder if there is some kind of generic software they used and what is it?

They are using WHMCS, which is probably the most widely used billing software among hosting companies.
