OK hello guys, it is Loli here and as you can see I am not on my normal account... I use a two fault authentication when signing in. Problem is, my parents reset my phone which had the app and the backup codes so I cannot login now...

Staff if you don't think this is legit; check this is against my normal one or message me on Skype which are the same on both accounts. Even sending an email to my normal account email to confirm it is me.

Everyone has else, the fuck do I do?

Best thing is just to create a ticket and show them proof of email and stuff, then they can most likely give you the account back

Hey man, I had the same problem. If you were Premium or Supreme then they will ask for your TiD and remove the 2fa. Goodluck
