What to buy: Plugin for pickaxe levels and booster crystals

So recently I bought the premade setup from Rey... When I try to update my Token enchant plugin to add more enchants, the pickaxe levels and crystals break. I would like to hire someone to make a new custom plugin that will act the same as the current one.
