People who do nothing, then when there is a test, essay or anything really that requires small prep, they start asking the day before or in the morning for examples, somebody willing to help them or ask if they can sit next to you so they could cheat the test.

Those people should either accept that they need to work, accept that they get a bad grade. But you also have those people who do nothing and get good grades...
