What type of gamemodes do people enjoy nowadays?

Hello, recently I've gotten back into Minecraft and I'd like to create my own server, as I now have the money for it.

• I would like to know which type of game modes people enjoy nowadays besides minigames, as I find no interest in creating a minigames server.
• You can add your opinion on your favorite gamemode, but please state what everyone enjoys the most nowadays in the minecraft community.
• Do people like HCF the best, Prison, Skyblock, Factions, etc.
• Let me know please as I'd like to make this server the best it can be, thanks!

I’ve always been a fan of non-op prison servers where the server actually challenges the user to level up and progress (not pay to win).

going to possibly be creating a Semi-OP Prison Server, as I like the Non-Op and the OP aspect, so let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas.
