What type of server would sell for the most, and with what qualities?

I'm thinking about making a server (without a playerbase) and selling it. Just wondering what would sell for the most.

It doesn't necessarily depend on the type of server, but how setup and unique it is. Prison Servers seem to be very trendy right now, as they require a lot of builds, and spare time configuring haha.
