Use danthebrony43 rather then OVH, his much performance on his machines are far more better then OVH's.

Cloud 2 and SSD 3 are both good options.

MC mostly uses 1 core, however its good to have 2. The Cloud VPS has a slightly higher clock speed, but the SSD has more RAM. Up to you, but either of those two would be quite good.
