Factions and HCF are toxic and most of the servers are run by scammers. Skyblock all the way.

I agree with both of these, haha. Still just gathering community information - I really want to make sure this server I am planning doesn't flop.

Don't do a factions or hcf server and you should be fine with decent funding.

skyblock, spiced up survival or tech mods. pvp based servers are usually too full of arguing kids trying to act all big or are way too p2w

I love non-op prison servers. Those used to be so much fun to play back in the day. I also like hardcore soup servers.

I like prison servers, with guards and shit. Sort of like the og prison servers, where if they spot you with a weapon, they will ask for it.

Why?
Factions - Toxic as hell
Survival - Boring as hell
Skyblock - Survival in the sky wow big feature!!1!1!!11!
Prisons - What the fuck is the point in this game
Minigames - too short
KitPvP - Exciting, fun, people with actual skill play this, a little pay to win but not all of them.

Survival, but it has to be 100% vanilla. With a non toxic community who trusts each other. It becomes very enjoyable then.

hcf but most of it is pay 2 win now and the thing with all good hcf servers shutting down so probably hypixel i guess but haven't played mc in a long time
