What web shop software?

So basically I've been looking at webhosts and they all seem to look very similar. When i got to pay they all have the same theam ect. Like https://redrockhosting.co.uk and https://www.highskyhosting.com/ (shout out XD) I'm just wonder if there is some kind of generic software they used and what is it?

I'm assuming you're talking about WHMCS. WHMCS is a billing solution and most hosts, especially in this market, use it. More information on their website at https://www.whmcs.com/ - You can also purchase a custom WHMCS theme from someone like me to match the rest of your website

There are other solutuions out there though like Box Billing, Host Bill, etc. Hope that helped you though.
