Alright so around 4 years ago I was one of many founders of a server the server only lasted about 6 months before shutting down. Not too long agoI contacted the old owner asking if I could have permission to use the OG artwork and domain he said yes so I did. I brought back the server that shut down 4 years ago. I am still working on the server at the moment and have told nobody that the server was being brought back. I got a DM invite yesterday so as I was doing the usual"Fuck off" and block them I noticed this person was using my artwork and my server name claiming it as their own I have not confronted this person yet but when I do I will be showing them every piece of proof that everything belongs to me but what if they were to not change it and continue to use my stuff? What would I do? I need your guys help here.
