First, pay off all my parents debt. Buy them a house anywhere in the world they want where they can retire.
Then do the same for my sibling.
30% gets invested. 50% of the interest gets capitalized while the other 50% gets paid into an everyday checking account.
The rest of the initial 100mill will be used to start more business and contribute to local charities.

I would immediately quit my current job for one, and then offer to buy the company after the fact and fire all my incompetent superiors 
In reality though I would use the money to build my dream house and completely deck it out with everything I've ever wanted. I would save the rest and invest parts of it into real estate.

I'd use it to start my own company. Hire professionals within the field and actually pay them what they deserve instead of trying to lowball everything. Just build something which I'd love doing in my life and my descendants can benefit from as well.
