I don't think you should pay as much as anyone else if the advertisement says you're his brother cause followers won't really see it as much of an ad but it's up to you to see what's fair.

Although having a million followers is good, you must make the content engaging otherwise TikTok’s algorithm won’t push it on the feed page. Tiktok has bad engagement, you would need to make your own page that he would tag and have your own content with your website in the bio. Advertising on Tiktok isn’t great, it’s hard to push engagement to your website because people have such short attention spans and often don’t even know who the influencers are so they just swipe past it.

I would personally try and find a one off product and try to create a viral trend.

This is very dependent, followers on TikTok mean nothing, unlike Instagram.

To correctly appraise an advertisement, you have to know 4 major things:
- Their audience, are they younger? Where do they live?
- The content. What content is your brother producing? Are they funny videos like Jason Derulo, or dancing/life videos like Charli Damelio?
- Engagement rate and where it's coming from. What % of your engagement on videos is coming from followers, and what % is coming from fyp/hashtags. How volatile is this rate?
- Growth rate/follower stats. How fast has your brother's page grown? Obviously, pages can grow to 1M with excellent engagement in a matter of weeks, or it could take years. Are the majority of the followers active, and what % are bots?

In general, I'd say an advertisement would go for $80-$3,000.
