What would you guys like to see in a server?

As the title says it I want to hear what you guys want on a skyblock server. Throw me any of your ideas no matter how crazy or unrealistic they are. I am wanting to see what the community likes and what they would like to see in the future of skyblock servers.

100% agree with kag, skyblock servers are so overdone at this point. What you think hasn’t been done has more than likely been done. Definitely branch out instead of taking the typical skyblock or factions rout.

Thank you both for your opinions, how would you feel about implementing duels, minigames and events into the skyblock server and you would get a reward such as money for winning? We already have many daily events planned.

I don’t really see how you could implement duels, minigames etc... into skyways but I would like to see that done. Could be interesting and I personally would log on to have a look. Maybe the players get money after duels and can use that for upgrades in their skyblock island? Idk but best of luck man!

Honestly, don't try to make something that has been made already. think of a unique game.
Like when "Minecade" release 2 or 3 years ago "Super Minecraft Maker" which then became a huge hit in the minecraft community.
Be creative.
Even if you'll have a skyblock server with a lot of custom plugins which makes it unique, and you have some youtubers, there's still a big chance of it failing, as it's nothing new.

Thank you for the opinion. Seeing we already have the base of our skyblock server made and just working on custom plugins we will be releasing skyblock but I will think about having another gamemode made that hasnt been done. If you have any ideas for a new gamemode it would be great if you could PM me

Sorry for being rude, though, why should I pm you with a unique game mode that I think will be a huge hit when I could make it myself and take all the credit and outcome of it.

I'm saying if you had one that you weren't going to use. I completely understand why you wouldnt if you were going to make a server out of it.

I have been staff on servers that have done this and know of a few that will be releasing in the future with this feature. I have thought a lot about it and think more players would just like regular skyblock over this because the people that play skyblock don't want everything they have worked for lost and they have to restart. I could be wrong though and more players could like raiding.

I agree, when I first saw the idea on the server I was staff on I thought it was going to be a great hit and a lot of people would like to check it out but it turned out there was only a few that came on and most of the players played regular skyblock.

A server that is made for non profit, but for the reward of a rich and vibrant community. An owner that appreciates every single login they receive, and an owner that respects everyone.

I would love to see a non P2W server, while having an owner with the budget to fund a unique project with no promise of return. Seems like I am asking a lot but SkyWars and every other server has been done. Unless it's brand new and state of the art the sad truth is it won't make it

I am all for what you have said and that's what our server is. The owners are not here for the money, they are here to make a server that all players love. We love to interact with our community, ask for their input and think that it is a very important part of running a server. We have a lot of cool features that not many other servers have, it's hard to have completely new ones with all of the servers out there. Our server will be pretty non P2W. Everything on the buycraft is fairly cheap, nothing like a $100 rank and you can get most of the things on the buycraft in-game by more than one way.

That is what we are trying to do, make a unique server that attracts players and make something that many can enjoy. If you did mean it when you said you would like to not see another server I understand that. There are new servers coming out all of the time and most of them are not successful and only last a little while.
