What would you guys price these dedi's at per month?

These are servers I am looking to build and collocate. And the same specs I have seen are advertised around 100+ so just wondering what would everyone price them at.
What's the overall building price and as well get the network carriers all of that would total the monthly price. It also depends on what you want your rate of return to be.
Well your spending at least $3,500 on those server builds the E5-1650v3 at least if you lease it over the course of 3 years at $97.2 you'll get your investment back however this is if your getting free colo, network and management. In this case your not so you'll need to get all of this prices together and come up with your own overall price and profit margins.

I try to keep the ROI around 6 months and no more than 8 months. So price in accordance with your colo costs.

This is correct, the main factor for the increase in a lot of prices is simply the cost of RAM at this time. I see that you have reduced your BW and port speed to 1TB @ 100Mbps to perhaps cut the cost slightly, however doing so will likely not save you too much per month.
Colocation can definitely be cheaper if you have the server long enough, but it does come with a lot of added hassle (e.g drive failures, transportation etc)
