What would you like to see in HCF

Heyo mc-market,
As you all know HCF is very dull and removed almost the whole aspect of the "hardcore" experience. I was wondering what you guys thought about this and what you guys think should be added to make a new hardcore experience (potentially for a server I might make). What should be removed from "HCF" right now, and what should have been added before at the original HCF. All suggestions will be taken seriously

*P.S Don't hate, I'm just asking what the community thinks should be added and or removed. Your suggestions will help me a lot*

Or wait for MineHQ, I personally really don't want to see other HCF servers come out. Make MineHQ the main one, just like when Kohi was around. That was the main server for PvP.

True, but I feel like it could be better than just that, since it's still dull after what Velt, Arcane, Faithful & Other servers have introduced, it will be hard to convert back, especially after everyone is used to the pay2win aspect.

Not really, more people enjoyed the actual “hardcore” aspect of hardcore factions. The only people that would end up playing on a the p2w servers would be the kids with there moms credit cards.
