What would you want in a hosting company?

Hello Mc-Marketers!
I recently bought a server and plan on collating it near my home. I am wondering what price everyone would want per GB if I were to sell most of the ram on it. It currently has 96 GB of ram and I plan on upgrading that and other parts of the server. I want to make it cheap for new server owners but still cover the collation costs. I will post more specs on the server once I find all the parts I am planning on upgrading.

It currently has 2 Intel Xeon L5630 but I am thinking about upgrading them but not sure to what at the moment, if you have any suggestions please feel free to suggest some :).

That will probably be my largest aspect about my service because I can get the price/GB down quite a ways. I will probably go down to $2
