I want to know what's the best option and prices of each method. For around a 500x500 warzone.

WorldEdit is easier by far, but voxel will give you a better end result if you know how to use it properly.

I think I am the most qualified to answer this. There is not a 'better' method. World painter is faster but can deliver insane results* (what clients tell me). It takes less time, so it's cheaper.
Voxel warzones are warzones which are made by hand. These have overhangs and whatever, but they are just different, but can look really good too.

I think world painter is actually better because it's cheaper and still looks amazing if you hire the right person. But, I've heard that if a voxel warzone has been done right then it amazes people more since it gives a different feeling.

Overall it just depends on your budget. High budget? Get a voxel one. Low-Medium budget get a world painter one.

The main problem with voxel is the need for a building server running it. The main problem with Worldpainter is that it's quite tricky to merge it into a surrounding world properly.
