Whats everyone using to create a website thats free

Hey looking for a nice place to make a website for my server that is free. I don't wanna use enjin because its so boring and trash

But you will still have to pay for web hosting. You can't get anything for free unless it is Enjin.

Don't use a cracked/nulled version of Xenforo like all the others servers without a budget. Just saying, the site will probably still be trash if you don't have some money for it.

Learn HTML and CSS and make a website yourself. There are some free webhosts out there, or you could even host it on your own PC.

Get a free host if your traffic isnt going to be insane and then maybe learn HTML and CSS

I love how people say I have no money xD I could have $1000 just sitting there but maybe I don't wanna spend it on a website
