Could someone tell me everything needed to make a Generic skyblock server with no custom features?

The full list of plugins that are needed to run a generic Skyblock server are as follows:
- Essentials
- A Skyblock or uSkyblock
- Permissions Ex or Group Manager
- World Guard
- World Edit
- Vault
- ClearLagg
- Votifier (Optional)
- Multiverse (Optional)
- ShopGUI Plus or any Shop plugin (Disregard if you have an in-game shop)
- Holographic Displays (Optional)
- NoCheatPlus or any other Anti-Cheat
- Core Protect (Optional)

Add ChestShop to that list and it is about good for a super generic skyblock.
