For a semi vanilla server; how does 1GB/10 Players sound?
With under 10 plugins, mainly custom coded plugins.

That should be good but it also depends on what the players do.

If the players run around with massive explosions and the map becomes a wasteland, that'll run hard on the memory. Depends how big the players make stuff
