What's the best prison server rankup plugin?

I'm trying to find the best prison server rankup plugin that can coincide with PEX. I cannot find one that is updated or works well with it. Looking for something easy to setup, thanks

I have tried using it, but I'm not entirely sure how to make a player have a certain rank on joining, any ideas?

Just make it your default rank in pex.
