What's the best type of advertisements?

I own a minecraft survival server and I have spent a fortune on Media and paying YouTubers to do videos on the server but that doesn't seem to work.

Am I picking the wrong people? I have been told that the server is amazing, it's very well developed and neatly set out but for some reason the ads just aren't doing it.

I've got money to spend and assistance needed, what are your thoughts?

First thing you need to look about that when you advertise the server is there any players join the server. If yes, then there is many players like to play survival or just like to see the server and maybe there is something in the server that's make people quit. It can be also people quiting just becuase there is no many people in the server.

If no players join so you are advertising in wrong places.
