Whats the best way to learn how to code a minecraft plugin?

Can you guys please suggest some ways to create a minecraft plugin?

There are about three ways you can go about doing it, some are better than others.

1 - Learn Java Then Learn The Spigot API
Probably the best way you can go about this, thenewboston has some great tutorials on Java.
From there you can look at the Java Docs for the Spigot API and learn how to do what you want to.

2 - Pay For Lessons
A couple of users on MC-Market (Ammar T to name one) offer tutorials, some require you to already know Java and only teach the Spigot API and some will teach you Java then the Spigot API.

3 - Learn The Spigot API
I'm begging for you not to do this, but this is what I did.
I learned the Spigot API, without knowing Java and that just made things a lot harder than they have been.
A lot of people look down on this, but it does work (sometimes) and it is a method.
