YouTubers are far the best but expensive. Plus you'd need to work on keeping the players on the server once the YouTuber leaves the server. (Or streamer) As a lot of players may leave when the YouTuber leaves, that's why you need something to make em stay.

If you don't want to invest in advertisements for your server then it won't grow.

By personal experience, as mentioned in the comment above me, you need to invest in your ads. There are not many good free ways of advertising it these days. One of the most effective paid ways I've seen is to hire a streamer with a decent following to stream your release. There are smaller youtubers / streamers that might only want their channel to grow etc., that might help your server aswell.

Post on server lists, try to find smaller YouTubers to record for you for free, I'm not really sure of many free ways.

If you have a big budget you tubers r good while if you have a small budget you can use discord advertisements but doing it free I don’t think it will grow
