Suspended - If you get a specific amount of warnings you'll be automatically Suspended, you can still view the Forums, however, cannot interact with specific areas (comment, create threads, etc.) The timing of the suspension depends on how many points you have.

Restricted Account - Usually temporary accounts created by banned users to use for appeals through the Ticket System. Banned once the issue is resolved.

Restricted Account SR - Same as a temporary account, only returning to create a temporary Scam Report. Banned once the issue is resolved.

Banned - Depending on the punishment, it's not always perm but in most cases it is. Some bans are temporary, such as ToS Age bans, however, some such as scamming bans are perm.
