It's actually not sexist. Men are often more dominant and less hesitant to fire someone or punish someone for not doing their work. The only reason why most men are at the top is that we are able to put aside our emotions. At least a lot more than women. There are women at the top too, but those are true power-women so to say.

Saying women are worse at business is being sexist. They arent worse at business because they are women, it is because of their personalities. Also, now, some people would say that women are equally good at if not better than men innvolving business. Women also are statistically more mature, which is a major part of professionalism. This can also lead to women controling their emotions more. The main reason women dont hold as many power positions is because people are sexist and believe men can get the job done better (people like yourself lol) Now though, more women are getting a hold of power positions because people are starting to see how women can thrive in high intensity positions.[DOUBLEPOST=1540769261][/DOUBLEPOST]and im not a "social justice warrior" i just dont enjoy watching people being sexist lol.

I come from a background of buying/selling high end domain names, websites, and mobile applications. I dabble in Minecraft as a hobby and check in on MCM but sometimes the immaturity does get to me here.

Aside from that, I think the #1 thing MC-M needs that the website owners could reasonably implement is an Escrow system. Whether it's user based or automated/semi-automated I think there needs to be an escrow feature where a user can initiate a transaction, both users would have a text box to explicitly agree on what the deal is for, the paying user would pay money into the escrow system which goes directly to an account that is owned by MC-Market. Once the deal is completed and both users click "Accept / Everything Went Smooth" then the money is transferred from MC-Market's escrow account and to the person who sold the service or product. Without an Escrow system you will continue to see scammers on this site. Even if there is not a system programmed into the core of the website, they at least need a section where actual moderators/admins are very clearly designated as Escrow operators with a fixed and low fee such as 5% for all deals.

Also see Escrow.com (would recommend them for larger deals such as $400 and above, due to high fees they are not reasonable for smaller transactions)

1. If someone makes an account a long time ago and forgot the login, they should be allowed to create another account.
2. There should be a more delicate look to this forum, something more "modern" in some type of way.
3. If someone has been banned for scamming, they should be IP banned (relates to #1), as in if they weren't banned for anything related to scamming, only banned for breaking the rules on accident or making another account because they forgot their old one.
4. Much more strict rules for new members, as most of them are scammers.
5. People should have a limit of messages, as people like to post farm. (Not too low but not too high) (kind of dumb though, it doesn't make sense to me but you might see where I'm coming from)
6. More moderators and scam resolvers.
7. (Just a feature) maybe they should add new ranks
8. A specific "Trusted" rank, for example, right above "Supreme" (must have 50 rep or more, something along those lines)
9. Your own discord which has a specific system so that your name HAS to match your MCM account, or else you can't access the server (hard to explain but can show)
10. Maybe even a lowballing system for the richies of our site, so that you can ONLY type a specific amount (for example SB is 300, no one can type anything under 300, and you can ONLY type a number higher than the BI, this also seems retarded but you might be able to see where I'm coming from.
