My biggest fear is itself fear. It's such a powerful emotion. I think it's either the 1st or 2nd biggest emotion humans have and it is one that stops us doing things which could change our lives for the better but fear stops us from doing it. Many more things feel free to search on google.

Losing feeling. If I'm always in some sort of drugged state it would drive me crazy. It happens to me sometimes and night and in the mornings, just groggy, survive, and do nothing pretty much. It's scary if that were to happen to me all the time. Make poor decisions, etc.
