Lol, NO. $2500 for a computer is far from overkill depending on what you’re doing. A full out rig for content creations will cost up to the tens of thousands, so an iMac being $2500 is justified especially for what it’s intended for

Apple products are fine. Samsung products are fine. Smartphones nowadays are powerhouses. No need to buy top tier phones for $1k
