I disagree with torture and trump wants to bring that back into America. Do you not know how many Americans soilders been captured by terroists? And how many terroistists captured by us. We treat them with respect and not torture if we bring that back it allows other terrioists groups to do the same. Torture is one of the most cruel things because you need to think of yourself in that situation and think to yourself if that should be legal.

You must be living in a bubble, to say this. Aaaa yes the USA. For your information isis and other terror cells play by a different rule book(they are not formally recognized as part of any countries main force/back by said country) These Terror groups don't need to follow the rules of war! You could be a solider on the field surrendering and they shoot you down... America has one of the longest histories of torturing captured prisoners, civilians and people in general. With Guantanamo bay and everything and all the wars that have already happened, it's likely the terrorists would resort to torture methods anyways. Not justifying Trump's torture ideas but it's not as if the terrorists have a mutual understanding not to torture enemy soldiers either.
