What's Your Thoughts on Drug Servers

What's your thoughts on drug servers?

I have a friend who has recently started development on a drug/farming faction server.
Im just a little curious as to how others feel about these kinds of servers
especially since I've seen advertisement of them against the rules on
other forums and server sites.​
