So, today i have a random post i needed a builder cause evo was busy and idk what cold was doing. so I found this random person on mc-market from searching around. I am not gonna post any names here. but i found out he was ban evading he logged on to my server and started building for me then he actually did a huge well done build and so just because someone ban evaded does not mean they are evil or a scammer.

Ban evaders are users of MC-Market who have been banned on their primary account and have used an secondary account to browse or orchestrate deals on MC-Market, it does not imply that they are a scammer nor does it say which rules led to them being initially banned.

This is overall true.
Even though the person may not have scammed, they still broke a rule causing their ban.
Doesn't mean they are evil, but doesn't mean they are innocent either, whether they do good work or not.

I simply wrote this post to spread the fact that just cause someone broke a rule doesn't mean they are a scammer i am trying to remove the stereotypical opinion. Though i do not encourage ban evading.

I don't encourage it either, yet I believe people can change sometimes.
Either way, he did an act that broke a rule, depending on the rule, and given time, maybe have a mod look it over again to see if he can be unbanned.

Wish you luck with you and your builder friend :)

Not all ban evaders are scammers, but all ban evaders who were banned for scamming are scammers.
We only warn for minor violations. Most bans come from scamming and from ban evading someone who scammed.
So it's safe to say, most ban evaders are scammers, just not all.

Well, if you look at examples like Jad, you can see that they are really fucked up.
But if you look at lAkjtzAZ0, you can see that he really is fucked up, but has managed to go unbanned.
