Like I've ran into more hackers on Mineplex than hypixel.

I would have to agree on that, there are hackers left and right on mineplex. (I'm the ultra rank on Mineplex, and VIP+ on Hypixel.)

Mineplex has like 75% hackers and 25% legit players. From what I see their anti cheat wasn't even finished? Or am I wrong?

It's mineplex you have to expect that from "#1" server. plus it's so easy to pay small amount in balk to get 100 accs.

This was most likely during a ddos attack. Regarding the anti-cheat, the development team is currently working on a new and improved anti-cheap which you should see better results from.

How do you know they are making a new one?
