When to start offering services?

I've been making plugins for a while now, (about 2 months).
For how long should I focus on only learning before starting to do some commissions for example?

I understand that measure skill in time spent learning but I don't know what else to measure it in.
Any answer is appreciated.

When you feel that you can make most of the requests others get, and of course when you feel ready.

How can I view what requests others get? most of those requests happen in dms no?

Don't rush into selling them, offer some smaller plugins for free/vouches, it'll definitely help to get some reputation. You don't want to sell too early and get some bad reviews because it will affect a lot, take it steady and focus on the quality before selling.
