When was the last response yall got from mojang?

When was the last response yall got from mojang if anyone has had one recently and how long did it take so i have an idea of where my ticket stands???? i have no idea when i will hear back cause the page is gone maybe someone can help me out? I have a support request that is like number 602,xxx and wondering if anyone has been replied to recently or what the first 3 digits of the ticket is thanks. ._.

I had one starting of January, took them a month and a half to get a response. Not entirely sure what the ticket number was, but good luck.

Last time I reached out was close to 3-4 months

I sent one in August last year and never received a response. A few months later they removed the "When will I hear back" Section and revamped their Support Ticket System.

crazy how such a big company can be so bad at such a basic thing. they really have so many people enjoying their game im surprised there isn't anyone super big or famous with an issue like this calling them out to be better.
