But were you 18 when you created your PayPal? If not, you are at the same level of risk. My account was registered with my guardian's consent. By means of law, I was authorized to access the service. Paypal doesn't care.

I was. When I wasn't old enough to have a Paypal, people paid me by purchasing me premium on MCM and name colours etc. I also accepted Bitcoin. I signed up for Paypal a few days after my 18th birthday.
