So I've looked everywhere, MC-Market appears to either be low-quality youtubers, or scammers. I have replied to many (if not all) youtubers on YT Net, none responded. I have emailed numerous youtubers with an offer, none responded.
Where do you guys find your YouTubers that record on your servers? through a friend? some deep web site I am unaware of?
Please let me know.

EDIT: By low quality, I mean bad fps, no mic, and short videos. I need a youtuber who is half decent, and has a chance at getting bigger.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

There are some good/decent youtubers and the fact that you cannot find a single one makes me wonder about you. What are you trying to get them to record? How much are you offering? They might not respond because it isn't reasonable.

Not trying to bash on you, just if your low balling someone needs to tell you.

Well I'm trying to get a OP Prison series going, and I never made a offer, just trying to get communication going so I can settle on a price with someone after asking how many players/views/etc they pull on a video/series like that.

Read the thread.

If you aren't putting how much you are offering money in the title of the email you aren't doing it right.

Also you need to have contacts with a somewhat known youtuber and you can eventually climb up the chain of subscribers.

I went from having a 300 subscriber Youtuber on skype that led me to a 6k, which then led me to 15k, and so forth.

Networking.

By your definition, I'd technically fit your needs if you're offering a paid job. I have 324 Subscribers and have grown quite well in the past week or two. My Microphone is decent (Blue Snowflake), Videos are normally longer than 10 mins and I have an okay FPS.
