Where can I learn how to make pterodactyl addons/themes?

I want to start making pterodactyl addons/themes but I can't seem to find any info on how to create a addon/theme... Does anyone know a good resource/website to learn how to make a pterodactyl addon/theme? Thanks.

In 1.0 - the support for themes are removed. So you'd be editing the src code.

In 0.7 there was support.
