HCT used to host off of Incapsula, but before a significant network drop, they've taken legal action. They have a few proxies, West US, East US, (not redrobbined), hosted off Psychz. Their main proxy, which all their redis instances connect to is hosted off OVH's network.

Seeing from your poor thread detailing, and you asking what host a large server uses, I'm going to assume you are making another HCF server, and you are looking for a host, so you're going to copy what a large server uses.

If you're starting out, go with an OVH 1-week plan, or go with DS/WSI with a backend tunnel proxy. (make sure to have tight security, so backend leaks don't occur)

Thanks heaps. I was looking for a dedi that would have good connection for AU and US / EU players any location or company you would recommend specifically.
