Where may I learn Graphic Designs?

Hey, I'm trying to find a way to create Graphics, and I want to take lessons. I don't want this to be a profession, I just want this to be something that I can do here, on MCM, to get a WAY better reputation then I currently have, and earn myself some cash D). Does anyone teach, or know where, I can get lessons that are:
- Free of charge
- Accessible most of the time
- And fun!

Along with this, are there ANY, and I mean ANY, good FREE programs for Graphic Designing? I don't currently have $100-$200 to spend for any of the big programs..

You can probs get a cracked version of photoshop if you feel the erge to take that risk.

I'd look into Figma or Adobe XD. Both have free plans as well.
